We have several options for you.

There will be no charge and no need to sign up if you are a vendor and want to host a class in your booth during the Fiesta.  If you would like us to put your class information on our website and promote it on our Facebook and Instagram pages (no boosting), and announce the classes during the event, then please sign up below.  The cost for this service is $25 for one day, Friday or Saturday, or $50 for both days, Friday and Saturday.

If you are a teacher and not a vendor, and want to host a class as Yellow Rose Fiber Fiesta, then sign up below.  We’ll set you up with a table and chairs up on the stage for one day, Friday or Saturday, or $50 for both days, Friday and Saturday.  We’ll have a table and chairs set up on the floor of the show for any class where an attendee cannot go up the stairs to the stage.  The table and chairs are for you to use all day for the day/days you sign up.  You can host as many or as few classes as you want.  You get to decide when the classes start and end and how many or few students you want signed up.  We will post your class information on our website and post is on our Facebook and Instagram pages (no boosting).  We’ll also announce your classes at the event.

Teacher or vendor, you’ll be in charge of signing up students and collecting or refunding any fees.  All money collected by you will be yours.  No additional per student fee is due to Yellow Rose Fiber Fiesta.  Charge and much or as little as you want directly to the students.  You get to decide.

All fees paid to Yellow Rose Fiber Fiesta for classes are non refundable.

A description of your class including what the students need to bring and what materials you will provide, what time and date your classes will be and how long they will last, Please include a sign up link or email address and information needed by you to register them for the class. PLEAST ALSO INCLUDE THE COST OF THE CLASS. IF YOU WILL BE TEACHING MULTIPLE DIFFERENT CLASSES, PLEASE EMAIL THE DESCRIPTIONS TO US AT yellowrosefpf@gmail.com
  1. Yellow Rose Fiber Fiesta will provide you with one table and chairs up on the stage in the Seguin Coliseum. This will be right next to and visible from the main show floor.  A table and chairs will be available for any class who has a participant that is unable to go up the stairs to the stage.
  2. The table is yours for the entirety of the day/days you choose and you can schedule as many or as few classes as you would like.
  3. Yellow Rose Fiber Fiesta will post your class information on our website and promote it with Facebook and Instagram posts (no boosting).
  4. If you are a vendor and would like to have a class in your booth, there is no additional fee due, unless you want to have the class information posted on the Yellow Rose website and promoted on our Facebook and Instagram pages (no boosting).
  5. You will be responsible for gathering student information, collecting fees, setting class times, managing expectations, and providing any refunds as necessary.
  6. All money collected by you for your class is yours. No per student fee is due to Yellow Rose Fiber Fiesta.
  7. No “Fiber Bucks” will be provided to students by Yellow Rose Fiber Fiesta.
  8. All fees payable to Yellow Rose Fiber Fiesta for your class/table are non-refundable and cannot be forwarded to the next event.
