Shama D Dawson
I’ve been married to Chuck for 32 years. We have two grown sons, Logan and Kelby. I homeschooled both of our sons all the way through for a total of 16 years. I’ve always loved making things. I started cross-stitching in high school and did that for years! I started sewing when my older son was born because I couldn’t find any really cute boy clothes. Then, in 2001, after the terrorist attacks, I decided my sons need to be wrapped up in Harry Potter scarves that I knit for them! I bought a book called A Passion for Knitting and taught myself from that book. I’ve been obsessed with knitting ever since!! I love knitting shawls, socks, anything Harry Potter, and amigurumi. It makes me so happy to be able to teach other people to knit as well!
